Nenad is an entrepreneur and consultant with 20 years of experience in the areas of private equity, financial and public services, real estate development and affordable housing. Specifically, Nenad has collected expertise in investment funds structuring, public infrastructure development and affordable housing design and delivery. Nenad has been a CFA charter holder since 2011 and the founder of the Senpai brand, a consultancy dedicated to securing sustainable, tailor-made solutions for the clients across the globe since 2017. Nenad holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Economic Management and is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Security at Belgrade University. Having lived and worked on 5 continents, Nenad is fluent in multinational and multilingual settings.
Dusan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in driving operational excellence, business development, and project management across various industries. Currently, specialising in overseeing growth initiatives in California, Arizona, and Hawaii, he has successfully managed multi-million-dollar projects, focusing on operational efficiency and stakeholder management. Holding an MBA in Finance and actively pursuing a PhD, Dusan combines his academic foundation with extensive experience to deliver impactful results. He thrives in dynamic environments, leading initiatives that streamline operations, boost profitability, and consistently exceed client expectations. Currently, Dusan is focused on advancing sustainable growth and operational innovation across industries.

Bojan started his career with the family-owned real estate company, learning the trade from scratch throughout the development process. In order to expand his skills in project audit, he took a role at KPMG excelling in automation of processes in project analysis. Moving back to the family business, Bojan managed and successfully delivered various mixed-use development projects. With an analytical mindset of an auditor, he easily recognises optimisation potential as well as revenue-generating opportunities making him an invaluable member of the team. Bojan holds a BA in Finance from London School of Commerce.
Clement holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Procurement Management and is a highly experienced professional with 10 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of success in delivering complex and challenging projects on time and within budget.
Clement is a key member of ASHEN BI Ltd. and is responsible for overseeing all Senpai Global Partners operations in Eastern Africa. He is passionate about building sustainable communities and is committed to using his skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of people in the region.

Clement is an experienced Business Developer and Operations professional who has over a decade of experience working with various local and multinational corporations across Western Africa. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana.
Clement started his career in the accounting department moving on to Investment Mobilisation Officer position, leading a team to develop and implement various sales initiatives and managing corporate interaction with stakeholders.
As an entrepreneur Clement established a 100% Ghanaian private consulting company specialising in meeting the financial requirements of African companies. Clement is continuously working on championing initiatives that will ensure the growth and development.
